Jessica, one of the owners at Orca Roofing & Exteriors, brings a unique perspective shaped by a decade of hands-on experience in her own home remodels. Frustrated by the lack of reliability and customer-centric focus among subcontractors, she identified a gap in the industry and envisioned a company that truly places customers at the forefront. Jessica’s extensive background in managing contractors for over 100 projects at Orca Homes laid the foundation for her role at Orca Roofing & Exteriors. 

In her position, Jessica plays a vital role in guiding marketing, overseeing the customer experience, and managing human resources. Her satisfaction comes from witnessing happy customers and realizing the company’s vision of delivering an exceptional customer experience and high-quality roofing and exterior projects. She aspires for Orca Roofing & Exteriors to be the contractor of choice – emphasizing great communication, transparency, and stunning exteriors with the customer always at the center. 

Beyond her professional commitments, Jessica is a passionate sports enthusiast, ardently cheering on the Seahawks, Kraken, and Sounders. Her personal motto centers around kindness, “Be kind; everyone you meet is navigating their unique challenges.”

Erik Trefzger

Erik, one of the owners at Orca Roofing & Exteriors, brings a wealth of experience and a customer-centric perspective to the roofing industry. With a decade of hands-on experience in construction and building, he identified a significant gap in the home services sector, prompting the creation of a company dedicated to superior customer satisfaction. During his remodeling projects, Erik was dissatisfied with the lack of reliability and customer focus of subcontractors. He founded Orca Roofing & Exteriors in response to fill this gap. 

As the owner, Erik guides team management, sets priorities, and selects projects at Orca Roofing & Exteriors. His commitment to excellence is evident in every aspect of our work. Erik is passionate about exceeding industry standards through personalized projects, finding fulfillment in making customers happy, and tackling challenges other roofing companies might avoid. His vision for Orca Roofing & Exteriors is straightforward — aiming to be a major player in the Seattle area roofing market with consistent year-over-year growth.

Outside of roofing, Erik enjoys sailing, lacrosse, and playing with his kids. He follows the motto “Be the man in the arena,” emphasizing the importance of taking action and trying things out. This mindset has driven the company to new heights in the roofing industry and truly is a motivation for everyone on the team.

Office Manager

Morgan Earl

Morgan is Orca Roofing & Exteriors’ Office Manager, bringing valuable experience from her previous role in commercial roofing projects. She appreciates the positive atmosphere and unity with our team at ORE. Outside of work, she enjoys going on walks, hikes, and road trips with her family, including her fiancé and 15-month-old daughter. Living by the motto “You get back the same energy you put out“, Morgan strives to maintain a positive atmosphere both at home and in the workplace.

Customer Service Manager

Boris Villa

Boris joined Orca Roofing & Exteriors in 2023, serving as the primary point of contact for clients. With a talent for listening to customers and expertly guiding them through each step of the process, Boris ensures that the experience is enjoyable for every homeowner. His genuine passion lies in witnessing the happiness that accompanies the completion of a project, fostering a deep connection with each endeavor as if it were his own home. Outside of work, Boris finds joy in activities such as mountain biking, trekking, and exploring amateur photography. Guided by his simple yet profound life motto, “Don’t worry. Be happy,” he brings a positive outlook that adds a touch of sunshine to both his professional and personal endeavors.

Macarena recently became a valued member of the Orca Roofing & Exteriors family. Since joining, she has brought a fresh perspective and a genuine willingness to learn. In her role as the Front Desk Receptionist, she plays a pivotal part in fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere within the company. As the first point of contact for clients, she extends a helping hand in booking appointments, ensuring a warm welcome to everyone who connects with Orca Roofing & Exteriors. Beyond work, she finds joy in crocheting during her free time and indulges in spinning whenever possible. Her personal motto, “Live the moment and make it count; great things come from hard work and perseverance,” reflects a commitment to embracing each moment and the belief in the rewards of dedication.

Bookkeeper

Damian Mierez

Damian brings a fresh perspective to the world of roofing as our dedicated Bookkeeper. Embracing the challenge with enthusiasm and a keen willingness to learn, Damian ensures the financial gears of our company run smoothly. Handling tasks from keeping our books up to date to managing project budgets and costs, Damian is the meticulous number-cruncher behind the scenes. What he cherishes most about ORE is the flexible work culture, friendly atmosphere, and the opportunity to work in a multilingual environment. Outside the office, Damian unwinds with tennis, training along the scenic riverbanks of Vicente López, and expressing his creative side through photography. Living by the motto “At your own pace, in your own time,” Damian brings precision and dedication to the Orca Roofing & Exteriors family.

Marketing Manager

Trinidad Escudero

Trinidad joined Orca Roofing & Exteriors as the Marketing Manager in 2023. Her background in marketing comes from working on strategies and executing marketing plans for multiple companies across different industries. Her primary responsibility at the company is to strategize and implement comprehensive marketing initiatives. What she values most about the company is its genuine commitment to delivering on promises. Marketing for a company that prioritizes transparency aligns perfectly with her professional values. Additionally, she enjoys collaborating with her team and appreciates the positive work environment the company fosters. Outside of work, Trinidad enjoys spending time with her loved ones, playing soccer, and creative activities. She is motivated by the belief that personal growth requires continuous self-reflection and a commitment to always strive for improvement.
