Wendy’s primary role as a Customer Service Representative at Orca Roofing & Exteriors is to provide exceptional customer support. Serving as the first point of contact for clients, Wendy ensures that their needs are met promptly and professionally. In addition, she plays a pivotal role in lead tracking, diligently following up on every inquiry to provide valuable insights to the marketing team and ensure precise analytics for the company.

What Wendy loves most about working at Orca Roofing & Exteriors is the genuine bond and human touch within our team. Surrounded by colleagues who understand the importance of teamwork, value hard work, have a great sense of humor, and show genuine kindness, Wendy finds fulfillment and motivation in her work environment.

Outside of work, Wendy dedicates her time to the arts, exploring her passions for literature, creative writing, cinema, music, fashion, and instruments. When the sun is shining, she enjoys spending time outdoors.

Jessica Machadinho joined Orca Roofing & Exteriors in June 2025 as a Customer Service Representative. Although she didn’t have prior experience in roofing, her background in the insurance industry gave her valuable insights into the customer journey—an asset she now brings to her role.

At Orca, Jessica serves as a key point of contact for homeowners, helping guide them through the process with care and clarity. What she values most about working here is the team dynamic: everyone brings great energy and a genuine willingness to help, making it a supportive and uplifting work environment.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys creative outlets like photography, pottery, and ceramics. She approaches life with curiosity and an open mind, often inspired by the phrase, “What else is possible?”—a reminder to always stay open to growth and new opportunities.

Juani Kinder joined Orca Roofing & Exteriors on May 26th, 2025, bringing a fresh perspective to the team as a Project Estimator and Architect. Although new to the roofing industry, Juani has embraced the opportunity to grow professionally while applying architectural expertise to support accurate and thoughtful project planning.

What Juani enjoys most about working at Orca is the chance to learn something new every day while being surrounded by a supportive, inspiring team. The collaborative culture and shared drive for excellence make each project both challenging and rewarding.

Outside of work, Juani is a passionate photographer and coin collector, with a deep appreciation for detail and craftsmanship—whether behind the lens or in the design of a home. Guided by the personal motto, “No dream too big, no step too small,” Juani approaches every challenge with focus, creativity, and ambition.

Damian brings a fresh perspective to the world of roofing as our dedicated Bookkeeper. Embracing the challenge with enthusiasm and a keen willingness to learn, Damian ensures the financial gears of our company run smoothly. Handling tasks from keeping our books up to date to managing project budgets and costs, Damian is the meticulous number-cruncher behind the scenes. What he cherishes most about ORE is the flexible work culture, friendly atmosphere, and the opportunity to work in a multilingual environment. Outside the office, Damian unwinds with tennis, training along the scenic riverbanks of Vicente López, and expressing his creative side through photography. Living by the motto “At your own pace, in your own time,” Damian brings precision and dedication to the Orca Roofing & Exteriors family.

Alejo Vilches joined Orca Roofing & Exteriors in May 2025 as a Web Developer. While he had no prior experience in the roofing industry, joining the team has been an exciting opportunity to grow his technical skills in a new and dynamic field. In his role, Alejo focuses on maintaining and optimizing the company’s website to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for all visitors.

What Alejo enjoys most about working at Orca is the challenging environment and the chance to learn something new every day from his colleagues. The team’s collaborative culture and continuous learning atmosphere align perfectly with his drive for personal and professional development.

Outside of work, Alejo is an avid football fan and a passionate gamer, especially when it comes to RPGs. His favorite quote, “Adventure is worthwhile,” reflects both his love of storytelling and his approach to life—always ready to take on the next challenge.

Cloe Galli joined Orca Roofing & Exteriors in March 2025 as the Marketing Manager. Though she didn’t have previous experience in the roofing industry, Cloe quickly immersed herself in the field—bringing a strong background in digital strategy and a passion for Marketing
